Eschewing traditional Hollywood financing, actor-director Zach Braff has
raised $1.65 million in two days
on Kickstarter, the crowdsourcing platform, for “Wish I Was Here,” a follow-up to “Garden State.” His goal was $2 million in a month. Here’s his video explaining the effort:
